*The Ohio Grappling Challenge was a HUGE SUCCESS this past weekend! With well over 220 competitiors, this was the largest OGC yet! Columbus MMA and the rest of Team Gurgel did very well. I hope to have our team results posted in the coming days!

*Check out the Saturday morning Fighter Conditioning class. The class involves hard cardio & pad work. It is an intense workout that will get your blood flowing and increase your overall conditioning. Sunday mornings is an open gym, and a great time to get some extra mat time or get some pointers from veterans.
*Shinguards, MMA Gloves, Boxing Gloves, BJJ Gis, Belts, team rashguards, KS Skin Cream, mouthpieces and other products are available in the lobby display case.
